Message from the Dean of the Faculty Welcome to the Faculty of Paramedicine website at Hamedan University of Medical Sciences. Our faculty holds the distinction of being one of the longest-standing nursing education institutions in the country. This college stands out from other nursing and midwifery institutions in the western region by providing a wide range of undergraduate programs (such as nursing, midwifery, and medical emergencies), master's programs (including specialized nursing, surgical nursing, pediatric nursing, community health nursing, psychiatric nursing, nursing management, and midwifery counselling), and doctoral programs in nursing. With dedicated students, experienced faculty, and exceptional staff, the college aims to enhance the quality of education and research, foster collaboration and unity, encourage public involvement, and streamline tasks to achieve even greater advancements in the future. |

History The paramedical school of Hamedan University of Medical Sciences started its educational and research activities in the academic year 2010-2012 with the aim of training and providing a part of the specialist force needed by the Islamic homeland. At the beginning of its establishment, this training school started its activities with operating room, radiology, intelligence, and laboratory science courses at the associate level. After the establishment of the continuous bachelor's course in medical librarianship and information, it was promoted to the paramedical faculty. During the following years, according to the policies of the relevant ministry, the associate degrees of this faculty were also upgraded to bachelor degrees. Currently, the Faculty of Paramedicine is dedicated to the training of experts and specialists in 8 fields of study, which include continuous bachelor's degrees in operating room, intelligence, laboratory science, radiology, and continuous bachelor's degrees in library and medical information and health information technology, and two master's degrees in library science. In the medical information and operating room, around 750 students are currently studying for two continuous bachelor's and master's degrees in this faculty. Currently, Hamedan University of Medical Sciences includes the faculties of medicine, health, nursing and midwifery, rehabilitation, pharmacy, dentistry, paramedicine and modern medical sciences and technologies, 2 satellite faculties in the cities (Nahavand paramedicine, Malayer nursing) and also the international branch in the category It is considered as one of the top universities in the country. |

MISION Faculty of Paramedicine is one of the faculties of Hamedan University of Medical Sciences, which was established to train the human resources needed to provide educational, health, and medical services. Our mission is to train competent and expert human resources in the field of paramedical services in accordance with international standards and in accordance with the needs of society. In this regard, the faculty considers itself committed to creating the field for the development of the faculty in various dimensions by providing a suitable environment for education and by properly managing the resources of the organization and the necessary cultural attachments. Perspective Faculty officials, faculty members, all employees, and students are trying to make Hamedan paramedical school the best paramedical school in the west of the country in the next five years. This is important by continuously increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the educational system, expanding applied research in the field of education and applying its results, achieving educational standards by obtaining top ranks in the ranking of universities and creating a suitable platform for the participation of board members.
